EXTREME Entertainment Center
See how OOS has helped customers who manage sports facilities streamline their business operations and improve the member experience
What problem did the client face and what solutions did they seek?
For the expanded entertainment center, the client needed a sales system on which he could sell tickets, both stationary and online, to a trampoline park, VR salon, shooting range, parrot house, inflatables, paintball, bubble balls, as well as a go-kart track.
From the very beginning, the main idea was that the sale of tickets for all attractions would be carried out through one reception. The operator of the go-kart track, which is far from the reception desk, without additional checking of customers, should be able to easily assign the customer to the go-kart. The client also wanted a visually attractive presentation of the queue of rides, race results and the best track times on an external monitor.
The integrated measurement system should provide the results of customers’ rides, and the software at the reception desk should allow you to precisely determine the expected waiting time for your ride before buying a ticket.
The process of selecting and implementing OOS
Sales
OOS Manager sells tickets and items at the POS (point of sale) workstation as well as online reservations and ticket sales in the customer area.
Online zone
The existing go-kart track used a Tag Heuer decoder that was already integrated into our system. After the race, the staff can print the results on a printer, but more importantly, the customer can check the entire history of their rides after logging in to their account in the online zone.
