What problem did the client face and what solutions did they seek?

For the existing gym, the owner needed a solution that would relieve the reception desks, extend the working hours of the facility without the need to hire additional staff. In addition to RFID cards, the requirements include opening the gym door with a QR code.

The process of selecting and implementing OOS

Dual devices

After talking to the client, we proposed two types of devices, one for RFID cards and a dual device for RFID cards, and QR codes. In the end, dual devices are operating at the facility.

Online zone

We have launched an online zone where the customer can choose the pass they are interested in, pay for it and generate a QR code to enter the facility.

The software together with the entrance controllers allowed the gym to work around the clock, which primarily improved the work of the reception and allowed us to use this opportunity to build a competitive advantage – in cities where there are several or a dozen gyms, it is difficult to stand out, the offer is similar, the quality of the equipment is similar, so the ability to visit our gym at any time is a big distinguishing feature.

At the moment, our second gym has been added to the system, which is located a short distance from the first facility. Customers buying a pass have access to both facilities.
