Go-kart tracks

Most of the systems available for operating a go-kart track are purely timing systems. Our software combines the process of ticketing, ticketing, fisking, invoicing with the race handling process. We guide the customer from self-registration on the tablet to collecting the results after the race.

When selling tickets, the staff will assign the customer to the waiting room or the selected race. The system will not allow the customer to be assigned to a race if the kart limit is reached. Once the tickets have been sold, water, coffee or any other item can be added to the bill and a receipt for the entire bill can be printed with a single click. The integration of a payment terminal also allows the amount of the sale to be sent from the system to the terminal with one click. Reducing customer service time and eliminating the possibility of mistakes is key to customer satisfaction.

Once the sales process is complete, the customer is taken over by the track staff. The race management panel makes it easy to assign customers to karts. A number of options are available to extend or shorten the race time, pause, start or restart the race. The system automatically starts the race when one of the karts passes through the loop.

After the race, the staff can generate a document with the results of the race. The results can also be automatically sent to the customer’s e-mail address. In addition, the customer, by logging in online to their account, can view the history of all their races.
