What problem did the client face and what solutions did they seek?

Our client, who uses OOS Manager to manage their facility, contacted us about automating their gym entrances. The facility has two entrances on different levels, and therefore two receptions. The client wanted to replace one of the receptions with gates.

The gates at the reception have reduced the human time needed for customer service. The club's staff can focus on sales and customer assistance and, what's more, they don't have to verify the validity of season tickets. The queues at the reception have disappeared. After downloading the OOS mobile application, customers generate a QR code themselves and go through the gates. In the future, we want to introduce online sale of season tickets.
