Go-kart tracks

Most available solutions on the market offer only timing systems. The go-kart track software from OOS Manager delivers much more – it seamlessly integrates race handling with ticket sales, invoicing, customer registration, and receipt issuance.

Customers follow a smooth process: from self-registration on a tablet to being assigned to a waiting room or a specific race, and finally receiving their race results. The system automatically tracks the number of available go-karts and prevents assigning participants beyond the set limit.

After the sale, staff can easily add additional products (like water or coffee) to the order and issue a receipt with one click. Thanks to integrated payment terminals, the transaction amount is transferred directly from the system to the terminal – eliminating errors and speeding up customer service.

Once the sale is complete, the track crew takes over. The race management panel makes it easy to assign participants to vehicles, adjust race duration, pause, start, or restart the session. The race begins automatically when the first go-kart crosses the start loop.

After the race, results can be generated as printed documents, sent via email, or viewed online through the customer’s personal account, which stores a complete race history.

Racetrack module

The track operator assigns the kart to the customer. Ability to pause the race, add or subtract race time. Possibility to start two races at the same time. Time limits per driver. The system automatically sorts the go-karts after moto-hours so that the staff consumes the go-karts evenly.
